These crispy almond flour cookies are made with just two simple ingredients – almond flour and maple syrup. Naturally gluten-free and perfect with a dip in dark chocolate.
🛒 Ingredients
180 g almond flour
1/3 cup (80 ml) maple syrup
Decoration (optional)
50 g dark chocolate
1/2 tsp coconut oil
👩🏻🍳 Instructions
1. Mix almond flour and maple syrup until a sticky dough forms.
2. Shape cookies and flatten gently.
3. Bake at 180°C (350°F) until lightly golden.
4. Let cool completely to firm up.
Decoration (optional)
1. Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil over a double boiler.
2. Dip part of each cookie and let set.
