Coconut Tuffles
Super simple, yet incredibly delicious truffles made with just 3 ingredients – shredded coconut, coconut butter and honey.
These are my husband’s favorite, which is why I make them with honey, but you can easily substitute it with agave.
🛒 Ingredients
• 150 g shredded coconut
• 100 g coconut butter
• 150 g honey (or agave)
👩🏻🍳 Instructions
1. Mash the coconut butter with a fork, as it is quite firm and compact.
2. Add the honey and mix well until smooth and fully combined.
3. Add the shredded coconut and stir thoroughly until you get a sticky but slightly crumbly mixture.
4. Press the mixture firmly into silicone molds, using your fingers to compact it well.
5. Place the truffles in the freezer for 2 hours.
6. Remove them from the molds and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
