Vegan Raspberry Ice Cream
🛒 Ingredients
• 200 g bananas (frozen for 24 hours)
• 200 g raspberries (frozen for 24 hours) or any other frozen fruit
👩🏻🍳 Preparation
Peel and cut the bananas into pieces, then freeze for 24 hours.
Blend the frozen fruit using the S-shaped blade of a food processor.
I start with the ice-crush program, which works in pulse mode, and after the fruit breaks into small pieces, I switch to the normal mode.
Store in a container with a lid in the freezer. Before serving, let the ice cream soften a little - I usually keep it in the fridge for 1-2 hours before serving.
The ice cream is the most delicious when freshly made, so don’t miss the chance to try it as soon as it’s ready 😉
