Super Soft Einkorn Buns
Тhese soft einkorn buns are the perfect excuse to skip store-bought bread this week!
🛒 Ingredients (makes 8 small buns)
• 2 cups whole grain einkorn flour
• 10 g baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 360 ml water
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• seeds for topping (optional)
👨🍳 Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F), no fan.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir well.
Add the vinegar, olive oil, and water, and mix thoroughly.
Pour the batter into greased muffin or bun molds.
Sprinkle with seeds, if using.
Bake for 30–35 minutes.
Let cool on a wire rack.
