🛒 Ingredients (8 pieces)
1 1/2 cup (250 g) red lentil flour
3 tbsp (15 g) psyllium husk
10 g baking powder
3 tsp seasoned salt (or 1 tsp salt + spices of choice)
450 ml water
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Combine the dry ingredients and mix well to remove any lumps.
2. Add the wet ingredients, mix thoroughly, and let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to allow the psyllium to gel. Stir again afterward.
3. Distribute the batter into baking molds lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake for 35 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C (top and bottom heat, second rack from the bottom).
5. Remove from the oven and let the buns cool completely on a wire rack.

Substitutions
I wouldn’t recommend subsitution of psyllium, despite suggestions like oats, chia, or flaxseeds. Psyllium gives the dough elasticity and structure.
