Crispy Oat Cookies
🛒 Ingredients
• 1 cup (110 g) fine oats
• ½ cup (30 g) shredded coconut
• ¼ cup (60 ml) maple syrup
👨🍳 Instructions
Lightly toast the oats in a dry pan until golden and fragrant.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Shape into round cookies using a cookie cutter and press them down firmly.
Bake at 180°C / 350°F until the edges turn golden.
Let them cool completely - the maple caramel will harden only after cooling! When warm, the cookies are fragile.
Store in an airtight cookie jar or container.
