Almond Cookies
🛒 Ingredients
• 1 1/2 cups (200 g) raw almonds
• 1/3 cup (80 ml) maple syrup
👩🏻🍳 Instructions
1. Blend the almonds until you get a flour-like texture. Don’t over-blend or you’ll get almond butter. It’s perfectly fine if a few larger pieces remain.
2. Mix the almond flour and maple syrup well.
3. With damp hands, shape the cookies. Gently press them down with your hand or something flat.
4. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12–13 minutes, until lightly golden.
5. Let them cool completely for 30 minutes.
