Moroccan Couscous Salad
A light, fresh, and flavorful salad – perfect for a summer lunch or as a side dish.
🛒 Ingredients (1 serving)
10 Campari tomatoes
1 cucumber
Moroccan spiced couscous (I used “Alnatura”)
Taggiasca olives
Samardala spice (optional, or substitute with your favorite herbal salt)
Olive oil
👨🍳 Instructions
Prepare the couscous according to the package instructions using hot water, then let it cool.
Wash and chop the cucumber and tomatoes. Season with samardala and olive oil, and mix well.
Add a few tablespoons of couscous and the olives. Mix again to combine.
