🛒 Ingredients (6 pieces)
• 400 g canned red beans
• 1 tsp beetroot powder (optional, for color)
• 2 tbsp avocado oil
• 3 tbsp quinoa flakes (or quick oats)
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 3/4 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp psyllium husk
• 1/2 tsp salt
• ground pepper to taste
👨🍳 Instructions
Rinse and drain the beans. Mash them in a bowl with a fork.
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Let the mixture rest for 15–20 minutes.
If too sticky to shape, add 1 more tbsp of flakes.
Shape into patties and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Lightly brush with olive oil.
Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 20 minutes, flip, and bake another 15 minutes.
