Cream Soup
Creamy, flavorful, and nourishing – the kind of soup you’ll crave again and again.
🛒 Ingredients (4 servings)
2 medium sweet potatoes (or 1 large)
2 carrots
1 medium potato
1 can full-fat coconut milk
Curry powder
Ground nutmeg
Salt
👨🍳 Instructions
Peel and roughly chop the vegetables. Boil them in water with 1 tsp salt until soft. I use a multicooker and cook them on high pressure for 8 minutes.
Before blending, set aside some of the cooking water to adjust the consistency later, if needed.
Add curry and nutmeg to taste and blend until smooth.
Add the can of coconut milk, stir well, and taste. Adjust the seasoning with more salt or spices if necessary.

✔ Use full-fat coconut milk from a can, not the kind in cartons – those are mostly water and not suitable for this soup.
