Cherry Tuffles
🛒 Ingredients
• 200 g dried cherries
• 170 g almonds (blanched or unblanched)
• 10 dates
• 200 g dark chocolate (85%)
• 1 1/2 tsp coconut oil (optional)
Decoration (optional)
Dried raspberries
👩🏻🍳 Instructions
1. Cover the almonds with hot water and soak overnight.
2. Rinse the almonds well and remove the skins.
If you don’t feel like peeling them, buy blanched almonds - I just prefer doing it myself.
3. Remove the pits from the dates.
4. Blend the almonds, cherries , and dates.
5. Shape the mixture into truffles and freeze for 2 hours.
6. Remove them from the freezer.
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil over a double boiler.
Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate.
Decorate with dried raspberries or anything else you like.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
