🛒 Ingredients
• 1/4 cup (35 g) pumpkin seeds (hulled)
• 1/4 cup (40 g) golden flaxseeds (or regular)
• 1/2 cup (75 g) sesame seeds
• 1/2 cup (75 g) sunflower seeds (hulled)
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) maple syrup
🧑🍳 Instructions
1. Mix all the seeds with the maple syrup until each seed becomes glossy and slightly sticky.
2. Using a round cookie cutter, shape small rounds from the mixture. Press them down firmly with something flat. I used the flat bottom of a coffee machine spoon.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) until the edges start to turn lightly golden.
4. Let them cool completely before eating. During baking, the maple syrup caramelizes, but it only firms up and becomes crispy once fully cooled.
