Sunflower Seed Crisps
Looking for something sweet without the flour or sugar?
These sunflower crisps are crunchy, clean, and made with only 2 ingredients!
No baking skills required.
🛒 Ingredients (15–16 pieces)
• 200 g hulled sunflower seeds
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) grade A maple syrup
👨🍳 Instructions
Mix the seeds well with the maple syrup until every seed is shiny and slightly sticky.
Use a round cookie cutter to shape the mixture into circles. Press down firmly with something flat. I used the flat side of a coffee machine spoon.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) until the edges are golden, about 15 minutes.
Remove and let cool completely. The maple syrup caramelizes during baking, but it only sets once fully cooled!
