Just 2 ingredients – delicate, crispy, and irresistibly delicious.
🛒 Ingredients (16 pieces)
1 cup (140 g) hulled sesame seeds
3 tbsp (45 ml) Grade A maple syrup
👨🍳 Instructions
Mix the sesame seeds and maple syrup until fully combined.
Shape small rounds using a cookie cutter and press down with something flat.
Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) until lightly golden around the edges (about 10–12 minutes).
Let them cool completely! The maple syrup caramelizes while baking, but for the crisps to firm up and become crunchy, they must cool down fully.
