Coconut Tuffles
🛒 Ingredients (30 truffles)
• 200 g shredded coconut
• 100 g coconut butter (coconut cream)
• 150 g honey (or agave syrup)
🧑🍳 Instructions
Mix the coconut butter and honey (or agave) well until smooth.
Add the shredded coconut and mix thoroughly.
Transfer the mixture into a silicone candy mold and press it down firmly.
Place the molds in the freezer for 2 hours.
Remove the truffles from the molds, transfer them to an airtight container, and store in the freezer .
