Chocolate Bites with Blueberries and Pecans
Chocolate Bites with Blueberries and Pecans
Super easy and quick to make, using only 3 ingredients. Slightly chewy from the blueberries and pleasantly crunchy from the pecans.
You can substitute the dried fruit and nuts with your favorites, but I highly recommend sticking with dark chocolate – it adds depth and balances the sweetness beautifully.
You'll need silicone candy molds. Mine are round, 2.5 cm in diameter.
🛒 Ingredients (about 30 small bites)
100 g dried blueberries (or other dried fruit)
100 g pecans (or other nuts)
100 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa – I used Lindt)
👨🍳 Instructions
Place a few dried blueberries at the bottom of each silicone mold.
Roughly chop the pecans and add them on top of the fruit.
Melt the chocolate using a double boiler and pour over the fruit and nuts.
Chill the bites in the fridge for 30–40 minutes until fully set.
Once set, gently remove the bites from the molds. Place them in an airtight container and store in the fridge.
Enjoy! 💚
